Here is a list of criteria to help you determine your eligibility to NDIS:

• Age

  You must be above the age of 7 and below the age of 65.

• Residency

  You must be an Australian citizen, or hold a permanent visa, or have a protected special category visa, and live in Australia.

• Equipment

  You must be using special equipment to assist with your disability.

• Needs

  You must have a viable cause for needing support now to handle your future needs.
